What is kombucha?

Kombucha is a bubbly, probiotic tea made using the ancient art form of fermentation. Known for its tangy flavor and infamous heirloom culture, our booch is infused with gut-healthy organic acids, probiotics, enzymes, antioxidants, and B-vitamins.
